On 12/20/2023 I(Robert Pillow) signed a lease to rent 2218 Vine Street With Olde Town Brokers and as it turned out the permitting was not done correctly and that resulted in the following:
No Valid Postal Address Until 2/12/24
No Trash Service For Almost 8 Weeks
No Trash Cart Delivery For Almost 8 Weeks
No e911 Serivce Until March 1st
A Failed Eviction Attempt by Olde Town Brokers in March of 2023 With a Cease and Desist for Making To Much Noise Trying to Get Answers
An Invalid Address With Florida Online Services Until March 1st
As of October 31, 2024 I still do not have an explanation of how or why this happened. The Orange County Administration has already admitted errors were made in previous communications, but that is as far as I have been able to go despite hundreds if not thousands of calls, emails and trips to the Orange County Administration Offices in Downtown Orlando.
